Terms of Use

Conditions for Using Our Coating Services

These terms define how clients engage with our anodizing and metallic finishing services, what we commit to, and where our responsibility ends. Read them before placing an order.

Scope

Services Covered

We provide industrial anodized aluminum finishing and champagne-colored metallic coatings for aerospace components and related precision parts. Any service outside this scope, including non-metallic substrates or decorative consumer goods, requires a separate written agreement before work begins.

Obligations

Client Responsibilities

Clients must supply accurate specifications, material certifications, and surface condition details for each batch. We rely on this information to select the correct anodizing cycle and coating formulation. Incomplete or incorrect data may delay production or affect final finish quality.

Limits

Liability and Warranty

Our warranty covers coating adhesion, color consistency, and thickness within agreed tolerances for a period of twelve months from dispatch. It does not cover damage from improper handling, post-coating machining, or exposure to conditions outside the specified operating range. Liability is limited to the value of the coated parts supplied.

Changes

Modification and Termination

We may update these terms to reflect changes in standards, materials, or production methods. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance. Either party may terminate an active agreement with fourteen days written notice, provided all completed work is settled in full.
