Each coating run follows a written procedure with defined parameters for bath temperature, voltage, and immersion time. Operators record these values for every batch, so any deviation is caught before parts leave the line. This is the difference between a coating that looks right and one that performs predictably under load.
We do not rely solely on in-house checks. Samples from each production run are sent to third-party laboratories for thickness measurement, salt spray testing, and adhesion verification. This gives our clients an objective record that the finish meets the specified standard, not just our own assessment.
Champagne gold and silver metallic finishes are sensitive to small variations in chemistry. Our bath monitoring and replenishment schedule keeps color and gloss within a narrow tolerance, so a part produced in March matches one produced in September.
