From Specification to Finished Batch

Our coating process follows a controlled sequence, from the first material review to the final inspection before your parts leave the floor. Each stage is documented and verified against the standards you specify.

Step 01

Spec Review

We start by examining your drawings, substrate alloy, and required finish class. This determines the anodizing cycle, masking plan, and whether a champagne metallic topcoat is needed.

Surface Prep

Parts are degreased, etched, and desmutted in a sequence that removes contamination without altering critical dimensions. Rinse conductivity is checked between each bath.

Step 03

Anodizing

The oxide layer is built under controlled voltage and temperature. We monitor bath chemistry and current density to hit the specified coating weight and thickness range.

Metallic Finish
