We start by examining your component drawings, alloy series, and the finish specification you need to meet. Our lab runs a small batch of test coupons to confirm the anodizing response and the champagne gold tone you expect. You receive a written report with measured film thickness and color coordinates before we commit to a production timeline.
A limited quantity of your actual components goes through the full line: pre-treatment, anodizing, sealing, and the metallic topcoat. We measure adhesion, hardness, and salt-spray resistance on this pilot batch. The goal is to verify that the process holds up on your geometry, not just on flat panels.
Once the pilot results match the spec, we lock the process parameters and issue the control plan. You get a clear document that lists every bath, temperature, current density, and dwell time used. This is the reference for all future orders, so the finish stays consistent from batch to batch.
We schedule your first full production run on a dedicated line slot. Each rack is tagged, and every part is tracked through the line with a digital record. At the end of the run, you receive a certificate of conformance with the measured values for that specific batch.
After the initial rollout, we review the process together every quarter. We compare your reject rates, our bath chemistry logs, and any changes in your component design. This is a working session, not a formality, and it keeps the finish stable as your production evolves.

If a coating question comes up after delivery, our process engineers review the batch record and advise on handling, storage, or rework. We stay on the line until the part performs as intended.
